Since 2012, we've held close to a mission of serving families. We're not here to do magic--we're here to take something off your plate so that you have more time to do the things that bring you joy.
What are your services?
- Routine & Deep Cleanings for your home. These are generally bi-weekly or monthly and we cover all the bases.
- Deep Cleaning: Your first appointment will always be a deep cleaning to get your home primed and ready for regular service.
- Move In/Move Out: Don't lose your deposit. We'll clean your place while it is empty either before or after moving.
- Vacation Beach Rentals & AirBnb: Hampton roads will always be an exciting travel destination. Wow your guests with a sparkling rental by hiring us.
- Commercial Offices and Storefronts: We'll dust and scrub your office, salon, daycare, or storefront to ensure your business is looking it's best.
- Daily Hotel-style Housekeeping: You've got living to do. We'll swoop in 2-5 times a week and cover the tidying, dishes, laundry, bed-making, toys, bathrooms, and more.
Can you clean my _____?
We service homes, apartments, estates, condos, small offices, salons, daycares, and more. If you're not sure if you fit within one of these categories, give us a call and ask. It's very likely we can work something out.
Are you a pet-friendly service and do your elite cleaners use non-toxic products?
We love animals as much as you do! We’ll even let your dogs out and play with them a bit while we’re in your home. Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats, and other pets. We also use non-toxic products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean.
Why is there an initial Deep Clean?
We highly recommend an Initial Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. This gives us a chance to learn your home and touch everything that may only need to be cleaned every few months--we’ll do it all in this first appointment. This is our opportunity to prep your home for future cleanings.
Can I meet my elite cleaner on the first day? When will I know she is coming?
Of course! While we unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific time that your cleaner will arrive, we will do our best to accommodate the time window specified in your reminder (we generally work in -ish time frames).
How do the background checks work?
Security and trust is our top priority. As a result, all of our elite cleaners are chosen with the utmost care. Before assigning a cleaner to your home, we make sure she has successfully passed a background check through our trusted service? Our cleaners have to be cleared in every section before proceeding. The Background Check sections include:
- SSN Verification
- Sex Offender Search
- Terrorist Watchlist Search
- National Criminal Search
- State Criminal Search
Do you have insurance?
We have General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation that covers our team members in case of any incidents.
Does my Elite Cleaner ever keep my keys?
No. For safety and security reasons, we have a policy in place to handle keys to your home. We keep all keys in our office and our cleaners check them in and out on the day of your appointment. We're seeing a growing trend in the number of homes we service with locks that are controlled with security codes. We prefer this safety feature when possible.
What about guarding against theft?
Our company has a zero tolerance policy for any suspected theft or intentional damages. We take these matters extremely seriously and do everything possible to prevent any such occurrences from happening.
Is my online payment secure?
At this time, we use Paypal and Venmo to process payments, which uses https. We never store any credit card information on our servers.
Do I have to be home for the cleanings?
Nope! If you will not be home at any time during your cleanings, please give us permission to enter your home when you are not present before your cleaning appointment time.
Will my Elite Cleaner have her own cleaning supplies?
Each of our Elite Cleaners is equipped with everything necessary to clean your home--and they have access to our warehouse of cleaning tools.
If you would like us to use your own specific cleaning supplies, please let us know, and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
What if I have allergies to specific cleaning supplies?
Please let us know at your estimate appointment if you have any allergies to cleaning supplies, or have organic/green supplies you would rather use. We will be more than happy to accommodate using either the supplies you provide for us or more natural cleaning methods (i.e. using hot water and soap, vinegar, etc).
I love my Elite Cleaner! How do I give her a tip for a job well done?
You can tip your Elite Cleaner after each appointment by including the desired tip amount with your payment. If you include it in your check/cash, please just note how much you're tipping. Some clients will give a couple of dollars per appointment, while others will choose to wait until the holidays for generous tips.
When and how often you tip is completely up to you - however, rest assured that every tip you give goes directly to your Elite Cleaner!
Do you clean on the holidays?
In order to enable our Elite Cleaners and team members to be home with their families, we will be closed on the following national holidays.

- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
